Return Policy Return Period

You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. The product must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition. All original packaging, accessories, instructions, and labels must be included.

Returnable Items

Uninstalled brake caliper covers
Uninstalled wheels
Unused brake discs
Other unopened and unused auto parts

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed or used products
Customized or specially ordered products
Products with severely damaged or missing packaging
Incompatible due to customer’s incorrect model selection (we recommend confirming your vehicle model before purchasing)
Products exceeding the 30-day return period

Refund Policy Refund Method

The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing Time: Review completed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned goods. Refund Arrival Time: 3-7 business days depending on the payment platform.

Refund Amount

Full Refund: For product quality issues or incorrect shipment.
Partial Refund: For minor packaging damage that does not affect use.
Deduct Shipping Costs: For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

Our Reasons (Quality Issues, Wrong Item Shipped): Shipping costs will be borne by us.

Customer Reasons (Dislike, Wrong Model Selected): Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refused Package: Round-trip shipping costs may apply.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions

Received product has quality issues or defects.

Incorrect shipment (received product does not match the order).

Product damaged during transportation.

Exchange Process

Contact our customer service team and explain the reason for the exchange.
Provide the order number and product photos.
We will arrange the exchange. Return or Replacement For exchanges due to quality issues, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

Pack properly to ensure the product is not damaged during transportation.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Step 4: Await Processing

We will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days after receiving it.
Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after the inspection is passed.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty period varies depending on the product (usually 6-12 months). Warranty coverage includes: manufacturing defects, material problems.

Special Circumstances
Order Cancellation

Cancellation before shipment: Full refund, no deductions.

Cancellation after shipment: Packaging and handling fees may apply.

Customized products: Cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Out of Stock or Delayed Shipment
